Part One: Alien Agendas and Government Cover-ups

The recent whistleblower revelations from former intelligence official David Grusch might be a major step forward in the long and winding road toward official alien or extraterrestrial “Disclosure.” This perpetually postponed unveiling has been going on for decades now. On the other hand, it also might mean something else. Let’s explore the latest developments. 

Seemingly mind-blowing information is contained in Leslie Kean and Ralph Blumenthal’s DeBrief article, “Intelligence Official Says US Has Retrieved Craft of Non-Human Origin.” Kean and Blumenthal are highly regarded mainstream investigative journalists. They were two of the authors on the groundbreaking 2017 New York Times cover story, “Glowing Auras and ‘Black Money’: The Pentagon’s Mysterious U.F.O. Program,” which represented a new stage in the mainstreaming of UFO / UAP info. 

Grusch speaks for himself in this interview on NewsNation, documenting what he describes as a “90 year coverup.” He says the first alien vehicle was recovered in Magenta, Italy, in 1933, by Mussolini’s army. It came into the possession of the US military after World War Two. The second known nonhuman crash was the infamous Roswell incident in New Mexico, followed by a still-ongoing coverup. “There is a sophisticated disinformation campaign targeting the US populace which is extremely unethical and immoral,” he told NewsNation. Grusch also hints at the possibility that secret, high-level “agreements” exist between “nonhuman intelligences” and the US Government, and, he proposes, some of these aliens may be malevolent. 

Typically for this area of research, Grusch’s revelations seem both consequential and inconclusive. What is impressive about Grusch, 36, is his impeccable military pedigree. As Kean and Blumenthal write, he is a “decorated former combat officer in Afghanistan… a veteran of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). He served as the reconnaissance office’s representative to the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force from 2019-2021. From late 2021 to July 2022, he was the NGA’s co-lead for UAP analysis and its representative to the task force.” He has staked his future career on what he believes to be the truth. 

According to Grusch, it is definitely the case that US agencies have recovered alien spacecraft made of off-planet materials and alien bodies. Yet he lacks any direct evidence — photos, videos, or samples — to support his claims. Even so, he has taken his information to Congress, where he will testify under oath in a hearing. Perhaps significantly, he also received clearance from the Department of Defense to release certain information to the public. 

Blumenthal and Kean interviewed a number of other military and intelligence personnel who support Grusch’s account. These include Jonathan Grey, “a generational officer of the United States Intelligence Community with a Top-Secret Clearance who currently works for the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), where the analysis of UAP has been his focus.” According to Grey: “The non-human intelligence phenomenon is real. We are not alone… Retrievals of this kind are not limited to the United States. This is a global phenomenon, and yet a global solution continues to elude us.”

Karl Nell, a retired Army Colonel who worked on the UAP Task Force, told the journalists that Grusch’s “assertion concerning the existence of a terrestrial arms race occurring sub-rosa over the past eighty years focused on reverse engineering technologies of unknown origin is fundamentally correct, as is the indisputable realization that at least some of these technologies of unknown origin derive from non-human intelligence.” 

These comments reinforce the central thesis of Richard Dolan’s work. Dolan, a historian, wrote the meticulously researched, two-volume, UFOs and the National Security State. He believes there is an enormous black-box program in alien technology, for many decades. Dolan’s claims have become more extraordinary and sensationalist over time. He proposes that recovered, reverse-engineered alien technology has led to a “breakaway civilization” within the military, where tiny coteries possess the ability to time travel, visit alien bases on other worlds, and so on. This more outrageous or outlandish narrative has been advanced by other figures in the UFO nexus, such as Corey Goode and David Wilcock. 

Christopher Mellon, an equity investor affiliated with Harvard’s Galileo Project and a former minority staff director of the Senate Intelligence Committee, has also called for transparency: The release of any withheld information on direct contact between the government and alien craft or nonhuman intelligences. Mellon recently wrote in Politico: 

I have referred four witnesses to [the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), established by Congress in 2023] who claim to have knowledge of a secret U.S. government program involving the analysis and exploitation of materials recovered from off-world craft. Other sources who, rightly or wrongly do not trust AARO’s leadership, have also contacted me with additional details and information about an alleged secret U.S. government reverse engineering program.

Like Grusch, he seems convinced there is a long-term cover-up hiding a dark nest of secrets. 

Part Two: Suns of Darkness and Alien Dreams

I have written about UFOs (UAPs) / ETs (NHIs) in Quetzalcoatl Returns and The Occult Control System. In Quetzalcoatl Returns, I devoted about 80 pages to a direct investigation of the crop circles that appear every summer in the UK, which I do not think can be entirely accounted for by human makers. I also explored the phenomenon of the so-called “Greys,” alien abductions, and so on. My position continues to evolve over time. 

I approach the subject in a multi-dimensional way, combining Heidegger’s phenomenological philosophy (particularly “The Question Concerning Technology”), analytic idealism, Buddhist Nonduality, along with ideas from Carl Jung, Patrick Harpur, William Irwin Thompson, Jacques Vallee, Robert Anton Wilson, and so on. My views on the subject are informed by my psychedelic trips, particularly with nn-DMT. Something appears to be, in Heidegger-ian terms, “coming to presence” while “keeping itself concealed until the last.” 

I find it fascinating — uncanny — that the NHI / UAP saga seems perfectly synchronized with the accelerating evolution of Artificial Intelligence (apparently, some in Silicon Valley now suspect we are already on the cusp of the Singularity). In The Economist, Yuval Noah Hararri — hyper-rationalist, officially approved pundit of the Neoliberal elite — laments that AI may signify the “end of human history” in an ontologically threatening way: 

What we are talking about is potentially the end of human history. Not the end of history, just the end of its human-dominated part. History is the interaction between biology and culture; between our biological needs and desires for things like food and sex, and our cultural creations like religions and laws. History is the process through which laws and religions shape food and sex.

What will happen to the course of history when AI takes over culture, and begins producing stories, melodies, laws and religions? 

Previous tools like the printing press and radio helped spread the cultural ideas of humans, but they never created new cultural ideas of their own. AI is fundamentally different. AI can create completely new ideas, completely new culture.

We have just encountered an alien intelligence, here on Earth. We don’t know much about it, except that it might destroy our civilization.

My felt phenomenological sense (melding intuition and reasoning) is that the AI revolution or Singularity, the ecological breakdown, the psychedelic renaissance, and the ongoing UAP / NHI exposure are all linked. They are different expressions of an interwoven pattern, an evolution of human and planetary consciousness that is somehow inevitable. I feel we must try to grasp the overarching pattern, hard as it is to put it into words — particularly as we are all active agents in this ongoing unfolding.
