Next month, Liminal News will launch a six-week workshop, Mastering the Alchemy of AI Storytelling, that I will cohost with director Ari Kuschnir and embodiment coach and novelist Schuyler Brown. The founder of a creative agency, Ari produces thought-provoking AI-generated videos that reveal alternative social and political pathways. His work has gone massively viral over the last year, starting with his signature piece, where Donald Trump drinks ayahuasca, masters meditation, and becomes enlightened. Many of Ari’s videos can be found on his Instagram. Schuyler is a frequent collaborator.
Yesterday, we held a Substack Live to discuss the pros and cons of AI and AI videos, the opportunities for those on the side of the “light” to make use of these incredible tools to change the collective story, and how reconnecting with nature can be integrated into our creative experiments with hyper-futuristic technologies, among other topics.
